  • Once you have selected and purchased your branding package this is what happens next:

    1. You will receive a confirmation email with an introduction to our processes and how your custom dashboard will work.

    2. Fill out your brand questionnaire

    3. Choose a time for your kick-off call

    4. Have your kick-off call and sign your agreement

    5. Work begins on designing your new brand!

    6. You will be updated regularly through your dashboard. Here you can access and provide feedback on deliverables as they are completed.

    7. Once all deliverables have been completed you will receive a package will your new brand identity, and your website will be transferred to you.

    8. You will have everything you need to get ready to launch your new brand to the world!

  • Our timelines are already exceptionally fast due to us working like a well-oiled machine and all—especially when you compare it to other agencies.

    Approximate timelines are provided for each package. These timelines are dependent on receiving timely and specific feedback from you.

    We do offer rush services for an additional fee, however, it is subject to availability. Please contact us with your specific dates and we will see if we can accommodate your timeline.

  • Yes, every package included a number of revision hours. You are able to provide feedback in your dashboard and our team will apply that feedback and resubmit the deliverable.
