  • Role Overview:

    As a Marketing Strategist at The Branded you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' marketing strategies and directly implementing these strategies to achieve business goals. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business models, developing brand positioning strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth market research tailored to start-ups and emerging business models, identifying unique opportunities for growth and engagement.

    • Develop brand positioning strategies that resonate with the agility and innovation of start-ups, aligning with broader business goals.

    • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on direct response tactics across digital channels including but not limited to social media, email, PPC, and content marketing.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency environment, with a proven track record of successful project management.

  • As a Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in helping our teams make sense of the world, client goals, and help clients reach their most complex and ambitious goals. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' mindsets, business, and market challenges better than anyone else, and combine that with a user-centric outsider perspective to form recommendations that allow us to be thought partners and change agents. This position is highly important to our company, as we solve big problems for our clients, and we're looking for someone who can identify as a digital strategy generalist experienced across a broad range of digital projects, like product, digital, and even some social media strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help teams make sense of the world, and client goals, and help clients reach their most complex and ambitious goals

    • Ability to quickly and effectively create strategy-backed brand positions with key messages, brand pillars, and while identifying the problem the client is solving.

    • Understand clients' mindsets, business, and market challenges better than anyone else

    • Ensuring that all designs adhere to company branding guidelines.     • Using Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva to collaborate and create templates and designs.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of agency experience, which will provide you with exposure to a range of projects and clients.

    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and have a portfolio that showcases your expertise.

    • Work in an organized way... I.e., Layers in files are properly and specifically labeled, which ensures efficiency and easy collaboration with team members.

    • Follow and work within brand guidelines to ensure continuity. You'll need to be able to understand and interpret brand guidelines and be able to apply them consistently across various design projects.

    • Familiarity with brand guidelines. You should be able to develop brand guidelines and work with them to create effective designs that represent the brand.

    • Strong design, typographic, and layout skills. You should have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, including color, composition, and typography.

    • Understanding of good UI/UX design. You should be able to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and effective in achieving the intended goals.

    • Adobe, Figma, Invision experience. You should be proficient in the use of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, or other design and prototyping software.

    • High attention to detail. You should be meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring that all designs are accurate, polished, and meet the clients' requirements.
