Non-Refundable Services

• Completed services and deliverables (e.g., branding strategies, design files, marketing campaigns) are non-refundable once delivered.
  
  
• Deposits or retainers paid to begin a project are non-refundable.
  
  

Cancellations

• If a project is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
  
  
• Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., third-party software, printing, advertising) are non-refundable.
  
  

Revisions & Corrections

We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. Requests outside of scope may incur additional fees.
