Background

The Challenge

Stallion Express came to us with an ambitious idea: launch Ecom North Summit as their new way to engage the e-commerce ecosystem. They had the vision and industry credibility. What they didn't have was a brand that could transform an idea into a movement.

But launching a first-time summit in a saturated conference landscape meant competing with established players. The same panels. The same networking. The same forgettable experiences. The e-commerce community was conference-fatigued and skeptical.

The strategic challenge: How do you build instant credibility for something that doesn't exist? How do you make industry leaders clear their calendars for an unproven event? How do you create FOMO for a first-timer?

We needed to build a brand that felt inevitable, not experimental.

First, we rejected the tired business event playbook. No corporate blues. No handshake logos. No "thought leadership" clichés that plague everything from chamber mixers to trade association conferences.

Instead, we positioned Ecom North Summit at the intersection of industry authority and creative energy. 

They weren't hosting speakers, they were convening visionaries. Instead of networking, it was community building. Every decision needed to reinforce this truth.

Visual Architecture

We brought these insights to life and built a brand that moved like business actually moves—fast, dynamic, unpredictable.

Typography sharp and modern, unapologetically bold. Geometric forms and vivid colors, creating constant motion and possibility. Each element working in concert to create something unmistakably current: professional but not predictable, bold but not brash, inclusive but undeniably premium.

The identity scales effortlessly from digital campaigns to physical environments, maintaining impact while allowing for evolution. Built for any organization ready to lead their business community forward.

The identity had one job: Make people stop scrolling and start registering.
