Audience Persona

An audience persona (also called a buyer persona) is a research-based representation of an ideal customer used to guide strategic branding and marketing decisions. Personas are developed from real data — including demographic traits, behaviors, motivations, goals, and challenges — and may include qualitative insights from interviews and surveys. By humanizing segments of your audience into detailed profiles, brands can tailor their messaging, experience design, product features, and positioning to resonate more deeply with the people they most want to reach.
