Brand Salience

Brand salience refers to how quickly and easily a brand comes to mind in buying or decision-making situations. It measures mental availability — whether a brand is recognized, recalled, and considered at the moment of choice. High brand salience increases the likelihood that a brand will be selected, particularly in crowded categories, because it is familiar, top-of-mind, and strongly associated with relevant needs or use cases.
