In under six months, NOWATA went from inconsistent performance to a scalable, high-converting growth channel powered by a strategic brand refresh and accelerated through performance marketing and retention.

NOWATA makes the first doctor-developed, plant-based soap that physically removes 99.9% of germs without water.

Here is what most people do not know: hand sanitizer kills germs but leaves the dead bacteria on your hands. Hand sanitizer also can’t kill some of the worst (Norovirus we’re looking at you). NOWATA actually removes these nasties. Kinda a big moat, eh? This is a verified scientific claim we helped them validate and own.

The product was legitimately differentiated. But nobody knew it. And the brand was not built to tell that story.

Retention Engine: Complete email flows and automations. Welcome series. Abandoned cart. Post-purchase. Win-back. The system that turns one-time buyers into repeat customers.
